What you'll do
Step into an afternoon of elegance and flavour as we explore the classics of a refined tea-time spread. In this hands-on class, you will prepare a beautifully balanced menu of savoury bites and sweet indulgences - perfect for entertaining or elevating your own at-home tea ritual. You'll make delicate Smoked Salmon on Pumpernickel with a bright citrus-dill cream cheese, followed by Roast Beef Tea Sandwiches layered with zesty horseradish and aged cheddar. Next, we'll bake tender, fragrant Cheese & Herb Scones, a savoury twist on a timeless favourite. To finish, you'll make charming Shortbread Sandwich Cookies filled with jam - simple, buttery and irresistible!
